Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding


1 package of Silken tofu
1/4 cup nondairy milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup or agave
2 tbsps peanut butter

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth & creamy. Pour into airtight container and refrigerate overnight. When you wake up, top it with bananas or berries or save for dessert! Enjoy!!
