Creamy Basil Pesto


1 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup vegan parmesan
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsps olive oil
2 tbsps raw cashews
1 tbsp nondairy milk
salt & pepper

In food processor, blend basil, garlic and olive oil. Then add cashews, parmesan & milk and blend until smooth & creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy over your pasta of choice!
